John Henry Mette V is the store manager at Discland. His days are spent combing through an endless amount of vinyl, collating paperwork and, most importantly, delegating undesirable tasks to the helpful, friendly employees of Discland. Navigating a sea of Angry Birds, incense and t-shirts John ensures that residents of the metro area have a safe haven to explore the more whimsical aspects of their personalities. Got holes in your flesh that need filling? John can help with that. Need a new PS3 game because you are awful at Mortal Kombat? John’s got your back. Need some music noise for your ear brain or some picture shows for your eye face? Just ask John!

When not working, John enjoys slow walks through the forest, heavily armed, in the hopes of harvesting the delicious furry bounty that resides there. Squirrels, rabbits, deer; no creature with four legs or wings is safe from John’s trusty 12-gauge. Consequently, the kitchen of the Mette household is filled nightly with the sizzling of flesh and aromas that awaken the primal parts of the soul. You ain’t lived ‘til you’ve tasted John’s squirrel stew. John also enjoys pulling fish out of holes in the ice for the purpose of human consumption, though he lacks any luck below the surface of the water.

When he is feeling less physically motivated, John will fully recline in front of a pair speakers with a craft beer in hand and run a needle through the groove of a variety of records. His collection contains various prog, psych, and metal gems. As of late, the air of his basement has been filled with the sounds of Texas country and folk. John Prine, Guy Clark, and Greg Brown – ‘Murica. Always on the lookout for new music, John welcomes any and all suggestions and promises not to judge the suggester if the suggestion is awful. When lacking the attention span required to truly appreciate Long Play albums, John contributes to the slow, inevitable rotting of his brain through horrible Sci-Fi movies and casual video games. Evil Dead, Troll 2, and V: The Miniseries all receive regular play on John’s idiot box. Currently in possession of a Wii and a PC, John’s video game interests consist mostly of old school NES, SNES and mini-game games. A true renaissance bro, John’s varied interests span the entirety of modern culture. Basically, you should be his friend.

Pam is a unicorn enthusiast and preservation expert who also happens to be a wizard. She has enjoyed working with her muggle coworkers for nearly a year, but wishes she didn't have to wear shoes in the store. When Pam is not working magic at Discland she can be fairly easy to capture. Simply place a good book, chicken wings, and a Harry Potter box set under a large box with a stick propping it up. She'll do the rest of the work for you! Whala! You have caught a Pam. Although you must beware. She will demand constant time for discgolf, frequent visits to the rope swing, tons of time spent in a body of water, and if she doesn't like you, she'll be sure to take out her wand and turn you into a lobalug. It is best to let this magical creature roam free.
